A man has died after a car ploughed into a pedestrian in Westminster overnight.
The 44-year-old man was walking along Harrow Road, close to Royal Oak Tube station, when a car collided with him. Emergency services, including Metropolitan Police officers and London Ambulance Service paramedics, rushed to the scene at 11.30pm on Wednesday (April 21).
Despite best efforts, the man died a short time later.
"His next of kin have been informed," a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said. Source
