About: OUT@NBCUniversal is the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Straight Ally Employee Alliance. Founded in 1986, the employee affinity network is one of Corporate America's oldest LGBT employee groups. Today, OUT operates with 8 regional hubs and over 1400 voluntary members.
Mission: At OUT@NBCUniversal, our goal is to attract, develop, and retain Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Straight Ally Employees and help our businesses effectively reach our community. We attract new employees by being visible in the local LGBT community and building NBCUniversal's reputation as an employer of choice. We develop employees by providing networking opportunities, learning & speaker series, and access to executives. We help retain employees by providing meaningful volunteer and charity opportunities, helping people make the most of their benefits, and advocating for policies that promote an inclusive work environment. We help our businesses reach our community by providing employees for focus groups, marketing labs and assistance with direct-to-consumer events such as local Pride festivals.

Dolan: “No, come on in. We’d love to have you,”
